Senior Associate, Corporate Finance, Technology & Innovation Banking - Roynat Capital

The Technology and Innovation Banking team at Roynat Capital supports fast growing Canadian technology companies across the entire lifecycle. With lived industry experience in the Canadian technology ecosystem, our dedicated team provides comprehensive banking services and non-dilutive financing solutions specifically tailored for this industry’s needs. We are deeply focused on helping innovative founders and investors scale and succeed.
The Senior Associate will join the Corporate Finance team, which manages the end-to-end process of structuring, due diligence, and underwriting for both new and existing client opportunities. This team provides creative financing solutions to late-stage technology companies, with a focus on syndicated transactions, publicly traded corporations, and private equity-backed businesses.
In this role, you will contribute to the profitable growth and quality of the Corporate Finance team’s portfolio by conducting in-depth analysis, supporting complex deal execution, and ensuring ongoing portfolio monitoring and risk management. The Senior Associate is a key member of the client coverage team and will engage directly with clients.
Accountabilities:
