This role will focus on blending data-driven insights, digital transformation, and human-centric design to deliver seamless, personalized banking experiences across physical, digital and remote channels.

What will you do?

  • Design and advance best-in-class distribution strategies for Personal Banking, grounded in client needs, economic trends, and market dynamics.

  • Develop and maintain sub-strategies (channel, segment, journey, role) to operationalize the vision and guide execution teams.

  • Lead comprehensive strategic reviews to drive actionable, high-impact recommendations for DPD Leadership.

  • Leverage global peer benchmarks, adjacent industries, fintechs, and emerging distribution models to inform strategy

  • Analyze client and advisor behaviour and market trends to challenge internal assumptions

  • Drive forward-thinking insights on distribution strategies, channel evolution, digitization trends, and productivity enhancement

  • Collaborate with leaders to simplify complex decisions, presenting clear strategic options and trade-offs supported by data-driven insights and scenario planning.

  • Lead projects from ideation to execution, managing stakeholders, timelines, while mentoring Senior Managers to elevate performance and innovation.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

  • 5 years in corporate strategy, consulting, product strategy, or large-scale transformations within Financial Services.

  • Proven expertise in end-to-end strategy development, from problem structuring to executive recommendations.

  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and business modeling, with a knack for simplifying complex data.

  • Expertise in Distribution, Channels, or Digital Transformation (preferred)

  • High-level understanding of Financial Services financial statements

  • Strategic agility to thrive in ambiguity and drive change.

  • Exceptional communication skills to inspire credibility and collaboration across all levels.

What's in it for you?

  • A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, and stock where applicable

  • Work with leaders who invest in your growth through hands-on coaching, mentorship, and opportunities to take on challenging, high-impact projects

  • Join a team where your work directly shapes the future of banking, making a lasting impact on clients and communities.
