About the position:
This role supports Corporate Audit Services (CAS) Americas by executing and contributing to risk‑based audit and assurance activities, with a focus on the Finance and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) /AML domains across ING’s U.S. operations. The position offers exposure to complex regulatory topics, senior stakeholders, and cross‑functional processes, while supporting audits, continuous monitoring, and issue closure activities. The successful candidate will help deliver high‑quality, independent assurance that strengthens governance, risk management, and control effectiveness.
About the department:
Corporate Audit Services (CAS) is ING Group’s global internal audit function, headquartered in Amsterdam, and is widely recognized for its strong expertise, collaboration, and adherence to Institute of Internal Auditors standards. CAS Americas, based in New York, executes all internal audits across the Americas region for ING Wholesale Banking operations in the U.S. and Mexico, operating in a hybrid model. Audits are delivered by small, specialized teams and aim to provide independent assurance, assess governance, risk management, and controls against regulatory and ING standards, and recommend improvements to add value to the organization.

Salary Range $157,000-$198,000
