What you'll be doing
You'll be joining the Chief Administrative Office, Capital Markets team, specializing in client services and data management. As a Supervision & Governance Co-op, you'll play a key role in supporting communication surveillance for Capital Markets, ensuring the handling of confidential information with the utmost care every day. You'll collaborate with external stakeholders, support various project management initiatives, and analyze communication data to drive insights. Your contributions will also include assisting with process improvements and participating in team efforts to optimize operational efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment while gaining exposure to the world of Capital Markets.

How you'll succeed
Communication Surveillance Support – Help monitor and analyze communication activities to ensure compliance and mitigate risk within Capital Markets.
Confidential Information Management – Handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly, maintaining strict privacy standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration – Engage with external stakeholders to support ongoing initiatives and build effective working relationships.
Project Management Assistance – Support project management efforts by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and providing regular updates.
Data Analysis & Reporting – Analyze communication data using tools like Excel and Power BI, and present findings to the team.
Process Improvement Initiatives – Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Who you are
You're pursuing a relevant degree. You are currently enrolled in a business, finance, economics, computer science, or data science program.
You have strong data skills. You’re comfortable working with Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and VBA to analyze and manage data.
You're detail-oriented. You take care in handling confidential information and ensure accuracy in your work.
You're a collaborator. You enjoy working with others and are eager to engage with stakeholders and team members.
You're adaptable. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are open to learning new processes and technologies.
