What is the Opportunity?
As the Senior Manager, you are responsible for leading an AML Regulatory Reporting team under the FINTRAC Reporting Team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance for Large Cash Transaction (LCT) and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) reporting. You will maintain oversight of the health of RBC’s regulatory reporting including completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of submissions to the regulator. Consulting with both internal and external stakeholders, you will provide direction and expertise in respect of AML reporting issues to both troubleshoot issues as well as look for opportunities to enhance efficiency. Collaborating closely with the Senior Manager Quality Control you will address areas of concern as identified and implement action plans for continuous improvement for the team’s regulatory reporting. Support change management routines for FINTRAC reporting changes affecting team systems and procedures. Support field work with FINTRAC, Financial Crimes Oversight Testing (FCOT) and Internal Audit Services (IAS) such as responding to requests for information, ensuring appropriate gaps are documented and action plans are appropriate as well as coordination of remediation activities, as applicable.
