Job Description

What is the opportunity?

In this role, the Senior Manager, Business Management, will be a key contributor in building, influencing and supporting strong business management practices. You will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic enabler, driving clarity, focus and impact across Personal and Commercial Operations (PCO). Reporting to the Director of Business Management within the Operations Strategy & Business Management Team (OSBM), you will provide support across all aspects of Business Management which can include, shaping leadership routines, enabling data-driven decision-making, building out strong business management practices that support leaders with planning, coordinating and executing and creating clarity and transparency with oversight and reporting. You will work at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering and collaborating with Line of Business Leads, Finance, Human Resources and Corporate Real Estate to drive our most critical objectives forward.

What will you do?

  • Support horizontally across PCO initiatives and deliverables, playing a key role in the collecting and reporting on key deliverables and insights while aligning with peers, partners and leaders to drive transparency and eliminate roadblocks
  • Manage centralized governance and triaging for business management and ad-hoc requests and initiatives
  • Assist and partner in day-to-day business management of OSBM, driving initiatives in support of PCO
  • Coordinate Quarterly Business Review (QBR) timelines and work back schedules to effectively support the team on deliverables
  • Play a leadership role in the PCO recognition program, helping to reward 6,000+ Operations employees for their impact and contributions through reporting and articulation
  • Support Senior Management Team (SMT) operating routines including coordinating and preparing agendas
  • Leverage strong communication skills and business acumen to interpret outcomes and complete analysis into actionable and consumable insights that inform on initiatives
  • Partner seamlessly with peers and cross-functional teams to execute on high-impact initiatives to support collective goals and outcomes

  • Proven ability to present to executives within a cross-functional multi-disciplinary environment
  • Collaborative work style and excellent interpersonal skills, building influence through genuine and credible approach
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and partnering skill, with proven problem solving and decision-making expertise
  • Professional oral and written communication and presentation skills with ability to create executive decks for senior leaders and develop tailored messaging across diverse audiences
  • Detail-oriented, operationally savvy, flexible, adaptable, continually striving for improvement and able to pivot when dealing with ambiguity
  • Proven ability to present to executives within a cross-functional multi-disciplinary environment
  • Ability to effectively analyze and ensure that presented data is credible, transparent and consistent
  • Self-starter: takes initiative and is comfortable working independently within a small, impactful team
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities with ability to create polished, insight-driven executive presentations
