Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office (Downtown) at a minimum 1 days per week subject to change at any time. 


You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1 day per week on site, while other days will be remote. 


You'll be joining Client's Capital Markets, Client Systems group, reporting to the Senior Manager and working in a Scrum team using Agile methodology.

As a Senior Consultant, Business Systems Analysis, you will be responsible for executing business analysis activities within a matrix organization in order to advance assigned business initiatives and ensure project success.

You will act as a liaison between project stakeholders by serving as single point of contact with respect to requirement expertise, requirement management process and will actively participate in all phases of a project life cycle. This role requires interaction with multiple Client Systems Management groups as well as other Technology teams.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

You can demonstrate experience:

5 7 or more years of experience in a business systems analyst role handling user story, documentation, requirements gathering.

You have experience working within an Agile environment as a member of a technology team responsible for supporting applications involving client and regulatory data. Understanding of Capital Markets products and client onboarding processes (such as AML/KYC, Risk Assessment etc.) is a ideal.

You have clear articulation and communication skills, detail oriented and organized in nature; can lead in testing of system changes and coordinate User Acceptance Testing by creating and executing Test Plans; will be able to assess research, analyze and document sponsor/stakeholder needs in accordance with project deliverables.

1.    5 7 years BA experience
2.    3 years minimum of Agile methodology experience
3.    Capital Markets or Wealth Management.
 

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must have skills:

.    5- 7 years of relevant career BA/BSA experience in agile environments 
.    5+ years experience in Capital Markets (or Wealth Management)
.    3+ years experience using SQL queries
.    3 + Experience in writing user stories and Agile Methodology
.    Experience in requirements analysis and quality documentation
.    Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
.    Excel vLookup / pivot tables.    PowerPoint



*CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000–$145,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
