What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining CIBC’s Intelligent Process Automation Center of Excellence. You’ll be at the heart of CIBC’s digital transformation, successfully delivering complex, enterprise-scale mobile projects involving multiple back-end systems. In addition, you will work collaboratively with others within the Intelligent Automations team to achieve common goals and actively promote co-operation and good working relationships among team members.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

Important information 

  • We may ask you to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests (such as simulation, coding, French proficiency, MS Office). Our goal for the application process is to get to know more about you, all that you have to offer, and give you the opportunity to learn more about us.
  • You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However, you do not need to be in a registered Co-Op program to be considered for a role.

How You’ll Succeed 

  • Analytical – Able to organize and analyze large data sets using various analytical tools (e.g. Excel,). Familiar with various statistical concepts to draw insights and conclusions from data. 
  • Communication –  Create presentations by translating technical analysis in a format that non-technical individuals can understand.   
  • Process Improvement –  Map current and future state processes and walk team members through the flows. 
  • Organization – Able to prioritize and manage multiple activities to meet business timeline. 
  • AI Familiarity & Application – Demonstrate an understanding of artificial intelligence and its practical uses in process automation. Leverage AI tools and solutions to enhance efficiency, support decision-making, and drive innovation within team projects.
