Job Description

What is the opportunity?

As Manager, Third Party Risk Data and Reporting, you will be responsible for supporting the PB&CB Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program by enhancing reporting, governance, risk oversight, and data quality activities. You will contribute to the effective monitoring of third-party risk exposure, compliance with enterprise policies, and the delivery of actionable insights to business partners, risk teams, and leadership. As a Change Advocate for the team, you will leverage your expertise to ensure our business meets third party risk requirements and identifies operational efficiencies.

What will you do?

  • Produce and maintain quarterly Third Party Risk reporting on PowerBI and PowerPoint
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities
  • Review and maintain KRI / KPI reporting, ensuring alignment to 2LOD data dictionary
  • Assist with issue management and SRMA findings and reporting as required
  • Implement automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve data quality
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency within TPRM processes, removing manual intervention
  • Partner with 1LOD business units, supplier relationship managers, and risk teams to support reporting and governance needs
  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries related to supplier risk reporting and data
  • Identify opportunities, connecting through client interactions and matching appropriate advice/service solutions to RBC Partners needs to deliver results
  • Utilize effective tools and resources to investigate identified client irritants and gaps in process efficiency/effectiveness
  • Demonstrate a collaborative approach in dealing with clients, colleagues and service partners   

What will you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Third Party Risk, Operational Risk, Reporting & Analytics, or a related field
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel
  • Experience performing data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint and Power Platform tools (Power Automate and/or Power Apps)

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Python
  • Experience with process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience supporting executive reporting and governance reporting
  • Exposure to AI-enabled solutions and emerging technologies.
