About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Data Product Management Consultant that
will provide strategic leadership, governance, and hands-on delivery oversight for the team’s Microsoft Power Platform environment. The consultant will be accountable for ensuring Power Platform solutions are designed, governed, and operated in alignment with enterprise standards, risk and compliance expectations, and data management best practices—while also enabling the team to deliver high value business solutions using the platform.
Wells Fargo has embarked on a multiyear transformation journey aimed at building a centralized capability to store, manage and analyze Financial Crimes Compliance Operations (FCO) data to fulfill the Bank’s BSA / AML regulatory, compliance and risk commitments. Ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data solution development, BSA/AML, operations, and technology to develop key data assets associated with the transformation effort.
The Customer Reference Data Solutions team delivers to our stakeholders curated data solutions, which are valuable, understandable, and trustworthy (among other attributes) to our stakeholders, the Operations and Risk analytics communities. These products directly support their ability to leverage Wells Fargo data assets for insight generation. Success in this role will enable faster delivery of the program’s objectives, which include standing up data products to drive our regulatory, compliance, and risk commitments.
