Diagnose and repair commercial transport motorcoaches using modern diagnostic tools and equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and CVIP inspections (where qualified and authorized)
Conduct test drives and operational checks as required
Maintain accurate repair documentation and support parts ordering as needed
Work collaboratively with fellow technicians, operations, and management to meet shop priorities
Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment
Provide mentorship and support for apprentices as needed
We may also consider: AST or Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) Red Seal with proven on-road commercial fleet experience & air brake endorsement
Experience in motorcoach or fleet maintenance
Familiarity with electronic work order or fleet maintenance systems
Class 1, 2, or 3 license with air endorsement
Full-time permanent employment with a steady schedule: Monday–Friday, 8–10 hour days with overtime available
