We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Director of Consulting & Investigations, Risk Mitigation to lead our practice, drive client success, and support organizational growth in Ontario. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader who thrives on building teams, managing client relationships and delivering high impact solutions. The successful candidate will management development efforts and oversee operations throughout Canada, with priority in Toronto and other major centres. Some travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and subject matter expertise to team members for investigations and consulting projects
Identify new business opportunities and cross-selling initiatives
Prepare and manage budgets, business plans and schedules
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study
Technical leader viewed as a thought leader for innovation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to be highly organized in a fast paced environment
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
