We're looking for a strategic, data-driven leader to join our team as Director of Distribution Strategy. This role will support the development and advancement of distribution and channel strategies for Digital and Personal Distribution. You will work in close partnership with senior leaders to frame strategic choices, bring structure, insight, and an outside-in perspective to complex strategic questions that define how the bank serves clients across physical, digital, and remote channels.  You will lead the creation of best-in-class distribution strategies grounded in client needs, economics, and market dynamics. Working at the intersection of strategy, digital transformation, and business execution, you'll turn strategic insights into actionable recommendations and drive measurable commercial impact.

What will you Do?

Distribution and Strategy Development
•    Develop and advance Distribution strategy for Personal Banking, grounded in client needs, economics, and market dynamics
•    Develop and maintain supporting distribution sub-strategies (channel, segment, journey, role) that operationalize the Distribution strategy and guide execution teams
•    Perform comprehensive strategic reviews and analyses to develop robust recommendations for DPD Leadership
External Benchmarking & Insights
•    Leverage global peer benchmarks, adjacent industries, fintechs, and emerging distribution models to inform strategy
•    Analyze client and advisor behaviour and market trends to challenge internal assumptions
•    Provide thought leadership on distribution, channels, digitization, productivity, and the evolving role of channels
Executive Advisory & Analysis
•    Frame strategic options, trade-offs, and recommendations for senior leadership on channel roles and investment priorities
•    Develop fact-based business cases and scenario analyses to identify revenue streams and cost savings opportunities
•    Author high-quality strategy narratives and recommendations for Executives and the Board
End-to-End Initiative Ownership
•    Lead work end-to-end, exhibiting complete ownership of the problem while managing stakeholders, team members, timelines, and deliverables
•    Mentor and coach Senior Managers to drive high performance and professional development

What do you need to Succeed?
•    5+ years in corporate strategy development, consulting, product strategy, and/or large transformation within Financial Services
•    Experience with end-to-end strategy development including problem structuring, fact-based development, option development, and executive recommendations
•    Experience leading strategy workstreams or projects end-to-end with strong stakeholder alignment
•    Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and business modelling/business case development
•    High-level understanding of Financial Services financial statements
•    Strategic thinking capabilities and comfort with ambiguous concepts
•    Strong written and oral executive presentation skills with presence to build credibility across the organization
•    Interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships at all organizational levels
•    Expertise in Distribution, Channels, or Digital Transformation (preferred)

What's in it for you?
•    A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, and stock where applicable
•    Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities
•    Ability to make a difference and lasting impact
•    Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team
•    Opportunities for challenging work and progressively greater accountabilities
