What is the opportunity?
The Deployment & Change Execution Specialist will lead the design, planning, delivery, testing, communications and coordination of training to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and employee readiness for all transformation initiatives—from process improvements and system upgrades to regulatory adaptations and organizational redesigns across Accounting Services (AS), Cost Allocation Services (CAS) and Financial Application Services (FAS). This role combines strategic planning, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution to align with strategic initiatives within the organization.
What will you do?
Test Planning & Coordination
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans, schedules, and resource allocation across departments within FSS
- Coordinate with stakeholders (e.g., developers, business analysts, end-users) to define test scope, objectives, and success criteria
- Oversee the execution test cases, ensuring adherence to predefined standards
- Track and report test progress, including defects, risks, and resolution status
- Log, prioritize, and monitor defects
- Facilitate communication between testing and project team to ensure timely fixes
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation (e.g., test scripts, results)
- Generate post-test reports summarizing outcomes
Change Management
- Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with business objectives
- Assess change impact, identify risks, and design mitigation plans to address resistance or operational challenges
- Partner with leadership to align communication, training, and support plans
- Create and deliver targeted change communications for employees at all levels
- Monitor change adoption, provide progress reports, and recommend adjustments to ensure success
- Coach leaders and managers on driving change within their teams, fostering a culture of agility
- Facilitate or support training sessions, ensuring alignment with learning objectives
- Coordinate and support training sessions with teams across AS, CAS and FAS related to change
Communications
- Coordinate project communications and ensure that project meetings and committees are updated on project milestones and appropriate meetings are scheduled

Prepare communication updates for distribution to the global user community of the enterprise finance applications. Develop and promote reusable templates to accelerate communications
- Develop communication for distribution to business platforms on AS processes
- Information management and the coordination of intra-departmental data requirements for system updates and maintenance schedules
Training Program Management
- Design, implement, and continuously update a cross-training matrix to identify skill overlaps, track training progress, and ensure role coverage across teams
- Work with teams to create training plans for AS, CAS and FAS to align training plan with business priorities and address gaps in training
- Facilitate or support training sessions, ensuring alignment with learning objectives
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, inclusive of mandatory RBC courses
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have
- Undergraduate degree with 3+ years relevant experience
- Excellent change management skills
- Proven track record in fast-facing operational environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage competitive priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP, PeopleSoft, Great Plains
- An innovative thinker who is proactive and well organized with attention to detail
Nice to Have
- PMP designation
- Experience working in financial institutions or banking sector in financial institutions
