Position Summary\: The Compliance, AML & Privacy Manager is an integral member of the Company’s Compliance, Privacy, Vendor Due Diligence, Vendor Management, and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") programs. The Manager works closely with business units across the organization to support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies and procedures.
The Manager is responsible for leading or assisting with the planning, development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the Company’s privacy and compliance programs, including compliance with evolving privacy legislation, AML/ATF requirements, and regulatory expectations. The Manager monitors legislative and regulatory developments, assesses potential impacts to the business, and works with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain appropriate controls and processes.
The Manager leads or supports the identification, assessment, and remediation of compliance and privacy risks, including coordinating corrective action plans, tracking remediation activities, and reporting on progress to management. The role is also solely responsible for compliance monitoring, risk assessments, regulatory reporting, policy development, employee training, and governance initiatives.
In addition, the Manager supports the operation of the Company’s Privacy and Records Management Programs to help ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal requirements, and leads or assists with privacy incident management, regulatory inquiries, audits, and related compliance projects.
