  JOB SUMMARY: Serve in a role to support the design and execution of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) compliance programs.   JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:               The BSA/AML Analyst will have duties and responsibilities such as: Assist with transaction monitoring, investigations, data analysis, identification of trends and patterns. Perform systems testing, tuning, and developing innovative compliance solutions. Identifying and managing risk, facilitating engagement decisions, and enhancing compliance programs.      Understand BSA/AML/OFAC regulatory requirements and apply them to our business model to ensure the effective execution of the program.  Prepare reports that meet internal and regulatory standards. Communicate clearly with bankers and customers in the conduct of investigations and monitoring efforts and educate and advise lines of business to ensure full compliance. Participate in assigned compliance projects.    OTHER JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists in the development of new business for Firstrust. Is alert to expressed customer/prospect needs to suggest appropriate services.  Directs customers to appropriate person to establish business relationships. Other duties as assigned.   PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Prolonged periods of working independently.   POTENITAL ON-THE-JOB-RISKS: None identified.   EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: 3 - 5 years of banking experience required with background or experience in accounting a plus. In-depth knowledge of the BSA/AML/OFAC and related regulations. Must be well organized and detail oriented. Must possess good analytical skills. Excellent time management, communications, and interpersonal skills. Intermediate knowledge of Miser, Abrigo, LexisNexis, Microsoft Office, and Teams.  Desired qualifications include financial expertise, investigative nature, knowledge of banking regulations, familiarity with financial crimes, interview techniques, and investigative practices, and the ability to develop and present reports.   WORK SCHEDULE: Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day work from home.  Hours – 8:30 – 5:30
