The role is to support the Client Onboarding team within the Client Enablement group.

Project Ownership & Innovation: Analysts are empowered to lead initiatives, propose creative solutions, and contribute to process redesigns—building a strong foundation in project management and change delivery with direct impact across all revenue generating areas in Capital Markets.
Exposure to Strategic Projects & Stakeholders: Analysts work on cross-functional initiatives, including data reconciliation, quality assurance, and offshore coordination, and regularly interact with a sense of urgency for all internal stakeholders —providing an expanded visibility and strategic experience across all lines of businesses within Capital Markets

Qualifications:
We are targeting candidates who possess strong backgrounds and experience in marketing, design, and proficiency with Adobe programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Workfront, InDesign, and other relevant tools.
Preference for undergraduate programs in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Digital Marketing, and Communications. These areas of study provide a strong foundation in client engagement, business operations, data interpretation, and digital communication, all of which are essential to success in this role.

Onboards clients efficiently and effectively ensuring that clients are able to transact as quickly as possible within BMO. Ensures all internal requirements are satisfied (compliance/legal/regulatory/etc.) based on the applicable jurisdiction. Provides the client with clear and concise communications, knowledgeable and timely responses during onboarding to deliver an experience that strengthens the relationship with the client. Adheres to requirements mandated by the regulatory agencies in all geographic locations.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
