• Support strategic initiatives through research, analysis, problem solving, testing, and implementation. 
• Use AI and automation tools to reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and support more effective ways of working. 
• Review existing manual data and reporting processes to identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve how work gets done using AI tools. 
• Document existing processes, business requirements, and data flows to help identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Help develop, test, and implement practical AI-enabled solutions and process improvements.
