What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regulatory Reporting, you'll be responsible for the production and delivery of mutual fund regulatory deliverables, which may include but not limited to prospectuses, fund facts, financial statements, management reports of fund performance, quarterly portfolio disclosure, and annual reminders.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $50,840 to $59,350.

The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business needs. Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development, enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles.

  • You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education to be eligible, however, you do not need to be in a registered Co-op program to be considered for this role.

How you'll succeed

  • Collaboration - Collaborate with peers and senior partners in Fund Valuations, Product Development, Total Investment Solutions, Business Management, Legal, Compliance, Taxation, Client Services and other teams. Regulatory Reporting’s deliverables include, but not limited to, prospectuses, fund facts, financial statements, management reports of fund performance, quarterly portfolio disclosure, annual reminders. 

  • Relationship building - Develop productive partnerships with new external vendors, maintain and improve partnerships with existing vendors. 

  • Legal/regulatory requirements - Manage Global Asset Management (GAM) business risk, by ensuring all required regulatory materials meet form requirements and are delivered on time. 

  • Client management - Maintain a focus on the client experience; leverage resources and expertise to improve the user-friendliness of completed projects, whether through copy edits or design changes.
