The Role
This is a foundational, hands-on role for someone who is excited to build fraud capabilities from the ground up. You will have meaningful influence over product decisions, vendor selection, and operating processes from day zero. The scope of work will evolve over time.
What You Will Do
Fraud Strategy and Design (Early Stage)

Recruiter / Sourcer / Staffing Partner Compensation
Earn USD $3,000 for every successful candidate placement.
Payment Schedule
Candidate completes 30 days of employment – USD $1,000 paid on the 35th day.
Candidate completes 60 days of employment – USD $1,000 paid on the 65th day.
Candidate completes 90 days of employment – USD $1,000 paid on the 95th day.
Total Potential Earnings: USD $3,000.
Payment Terms
Payments will be released only after Sadient receives the corresponding milestone payment from the client. The candidate must remain actively employed through each milestone (30, 60, and 90 days). If the candidate leaves before completing any milestone, payment for that milestone and all subsequent milestones will not be payable. No fee is payable if the candidate does not join the client.
Sourcing Partner Responsibilities
Submit only qualified, interested, and available candidates. Obtain a valid Right to Represent (RTR) before submission. Screen candidates for technical fit, availability, and interest. Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Review the complete Job Description before submitting candidates.
