Job Description

What is the Opportunity?

The AML Advisory – BO Discrepancy Reporting Agent will support Director - Regulatory in executing the processes and controls implemented on reviewing and reporting beneficial ownership discrepancy. The Agent will complete workflows associated with Reporting processes and controls within applicable regulatory timelines escalating significant delays or issues appropriately as required. The Agent will collaborate with various internal partners to implement innovative solutions and improve effectiveness of existing reporting processes.

What Will You Do?

  • Accountable for timely completion of assigned daily workflow with respect to RBC’s beneficial ownership reporting obligations including identifying and reporting the discrepancies, and notifying the relevant business units where applicable
  • Provide ongoing oversight and execution of reporting processes and workflows related to identifying and reviewing the discrepancies
  • Actively support and contribute to a continuous improvement approach including quality of work, accuracy of reporting and identification of gaps in reporting.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with other Financial Crimes team members and Business Partners.
